Meandro de Aranzadi
The Meandro de Aranzadi Park is the second-largest in the metropolitan area of Pamplona. Between the districts of La Rochapea and La Chantrea in the north of the capital of Navarre, the park reflects a perfect balance between the dynamic nature of the river, a green space for people to enjoy and high-level organic cultivation, since some of the plots will maintain their agricultural usage.
For this project, the luminaire was not only going to be a source of light but was also going to be integrated into the design for building a row of benches from which to enjoy the park. Due to these special requirements of the project, the technical team manufactured a customised luminaire that combines sturdiness and light quality without losing grace or dust and water resistance. To do so, Airfal created the Opal LED luminaire with an IP68 rating and similar characteristics to the Pegaso model.
