Today, we introduce you to the new restaurant of Jean-Jacques Bonnet, entrepreneur of gastronomy in Nancy. Named Le Tém (diminutive of Téméraire (Reckless), the previous restaurant it replaced) and established on the Grande-Rue in the heart of Nancy, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine in a unique decor

Completely renovated, the Lorraine design is highlighted and sublimated by the architect Xavier Géant of Studiolada agency. The restaurant furniture with its benches, oak tables or chairs is manufactured by Collinet, everything is completely custom-designed for this extraordinary establishment. As for the lights, they are signed by a contemporary designer.
