A high quality restaurant on the island of Djurgården in Stockholm with a strong love for creativity, sustainably and ethically produced ingredients. All of which are key concepts that are visible throughout the restaurant. Sustainability is something that runs throughout the whole organization, from the building and its furnishings to the food that is served. To avoid unnecessary transportation sustainable materials that are found in Sweden are used, and European wines from a carefully selected range of small vineyards are bought.
