#RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS

FELDBALZ HOUSE

This one is hitting all of our sweet spots: we can use the word ‘cantilevered,’ there is very well thought out architectural glass, an infinity pool (!!!!) and open living spaces that communicate with the outdoors

Gus Wüstemann has created a vertical triptyque of architectural sculpture: the top level is for the parents and the ground floor for the children: the middle is the thoroughfare of family life with stunning views on Lake Zurich. What is so smart about the Feldbalz House is that it is open and breathes easily without sacrificing privacy. Shrewdly placed scobalit on public façades creates a private courtyard that allows extensive use of glass elements and exterior spaces. All in all, a well-executed and restrained project.
