isay weinfeld reveals plans for shore club renovation in miami beach

further images of isay weinfeld’s planned renovation of miami’s shore club have been unveiled during miami art week 2015.

the oceanside project, which was announced on designboom in october last year, will see weinfeld’s studio working as both architect and interior designer, converting the existing 309-room structure into a luxury complex containing approximately 75 residences and 100 hotel rooms.

coinciding with the reveal, new york-based developers HFZ capital group announced that brazilian hospitality and gastronomy firm fasano will operate the complex, the chain’s first hotel in the united states. consequently, the entire property will be known as ‘fasano hotel and residences at shore club’, and is expected to open its doors to guests in 2017.

one of the project’s signature design features is its numerous expansive terraces, some which measures greater than 3,000 square feet, and inherently provides a seamless outdoor-indoor living. internally, the interiors offer a place of calm and a serenity, outfitted with bespoke furniture and cabinetry, the homes are frames floor-to-ceiling windows expansive outdoor terraces.

 

the 75 condominiums range from 1- to 4-bedrooms residences, which measure between 800 to 4000+ square feet

 

the property includes 3 two-storey poolside beach houses and 2 two-storey oceanfront dwellings

 

materials such as concrete, steel and terrazzo are found throughout the design

 

each of the residences are designed to offer a sense of calm
