C.F. Møller have designed a new home in Aarhus, Denmark
Architecture firm C.F. Møller, have completed a new family home near Aarhus, Denmark.
The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The upper floor is home to another living area with balcony access. Throughout the home, floor-to-ceiling windows are included to take advantage of the surrounding garden views. The home is located on a lot surrounded by nature on three sides. Inside the home, there’s a tall double-height central space with sky-lights, a sculptural staircase and brick fireplace. The stairs have been extended to the length of the walls, providing space for displaying artwork. Large tile floors and pigmented oak floors have been installed throughout the home. The kitchen features handmade wooden cabinets.
