Capita, the UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions, required a central London office for 1,400 of their customer facing employees to occupy.

In 2014, the business signed a 10 year deal to sub-lease approximately 100,000 sq ft of office space over eight floors at JP Morgan’s 65 Gresham Street building, located in close proximity to both the Bank of England and historic Guildhall in the City of London. The building is split over the eight floors and Capita occupy three of these with several of the Group’s business divisions working together in occupation. To accommodate its employees on the new site, Capita needed to work with a partner that could approach the installation of the new office space, determine the ‘workstyle’ for each business sector and identify the response to the specific requirements unique to each Capita division.
