vivood's landscape hotel unobtrusively occupies a spanish valley

nestled in southeastern spain’s guadalest valley, a sustainable luxury resort has opened its doors to guests.

the inaugural vivood landscape hotel comprises 25 independent suites, which are lightly and unobtrusively perched above the rugged, undulating terrain. the retreat also includes a fine dining restaurant and lounge bar, a panoramic swimming pool, and a host of private terraces and jacuzzis.

the design concept was developed in order to promote the independence and individuality of each of the rooms. this is reflected is the resort’s layout, organized around a central spine that connects the entirety of the hotel complex. within each of the suites, floor-to-ceiling windows generate private internal verandas with impressive external views. white walls maximize the amount of daylight within each 27 square meter volume, with gray ceramic floor tiles used throughout.
