OFFICE INNOVATIONS: WEBPALS TEL AVIV BY TALI & RAKEFET
A new type of office for a new type of worker
As a company filled with young creatives, Tel Aviv-based promotion agency Webpals wanted an office that reflected their corporate culture. Stylists Tali & Rakefet set about designing a fun, colorful space that would inspire.
The new office houses 130 employees in approximately 650 square meters that was designed to encourage communication, collaboration and adaptability. Entire trust was placed in the hands of the designers who proceeded to cultivate a theme using quirky wallpaper, bright colors and homey furniture.
With the increase in technology, work life in general has become more flexible with more employees working from home, working flexible hours and no longer working behind a desk. Therefore, flexibility within the work place has become increasingly valued. Designed to be flexible, Webpals’ office was divided into open areas that can also be used for socialization, meetings or working. The office was designed to accommodate the new work habits of a new generation.
