the architect wished to create a welcoming ambiance in the large main hall, which leads to a more intimate dining room. The solution was to play on volume: a starlit ceiling installed by a plasterer on a classical beamed structure. intense pure white LeDs, visible even in daylight, greet customers and plunge them into a new universe.
