The Project is located in the Fórum area of the City of Barcelona, next to the Mediterranean sea. The hotel building has over 24 floors and a height greater than 100 m. The façade is resolved with the closure of light waterproof panels and the ventilated façade is supported, transmitting the total weight, by the edges of the slabs and the wind under the windows on the support frames themselves.
