Lower East Side is one of the most exiting neighborhoods of Manhattan, where multiculturalism has helped to develop the area’s culture over the years.
At 287 East Houston, the area’s main road that’s full of multi-ethnic restaurants and urban parks, AA Studio has designed a new residential condo. Stone, bricks painted in black, steel and glass distinguished the 287 East Houston project, which blends in perfectly with the surrounding urban environment. On the outside, this building is warm and cold at the same time, classic and modern, ‘textured’ and ‘aseptic’. On the inside, the apartments are designed down to the finest detail, creating an intimate living environment despite the large attractive windows that overlook the neighborhood.
GD Arredamenti has furnished the kitchens for all the apartments, adapting the Space Profile-C collection to the architect’s needs with white and grey matte lacquered cabinets with a floor-to-ceiling layout
