A multi-functional project for small spaces

When life gives you a tiny studio apartment without storage space, create something awesome – which is precisely what Till Köenneker did. The Living Cube is at once entertainment center, closet and guest bedroom. The Switzerland-based designer’s minimalist structure houses his vinyl collection, clothes and TV, as well as provides a closed storage space and room for a guest bed on top. While we may not all have such a fantastic vinyl collection, small apartment dwellers can certainly applaud the efficiency of the design. In his words, “A house is not really flexibly, but we can re-think the space and furniture inside.” Well said, Mr. Köenneker. Well said.
