VILLA BOUGAINVILLE

The first design brief of our client was to work on contemporary "Bombonnière".

We wanted to appropriate ourselves the topic by shifting it in our own way. Nice grown up when the rich bourgeoisie discovered vacation, travel and a real taste for exosticism. We tryed ,through Louis Antoine de bougainville, to create a plentifull ambiance filled with the luxuriance of exotic vegetation. The main idea was to propose a real experience to the traveller. In the lobby where representation of nature abound, we worked with celling light like fruit from AQUA CREATION and monkey table lamp from SELETTI. In a different manner the breakfast room present the vegetation in a more scientifical spririt, so we choose some more classical lamp from ELEANOR HOME and PETITES FRITURES. The decoration of the rooms in an accumulation spirit incourage us to mix diffrent types of lamp in numerous materials like métal (PETITES FRITURES), WICKER (HABITAT), or porcelain (IL FANALE). We really enjoyed to work with wallpaper for his expressiv capacity. This product allowed us to create a profuse décor filled with vegetation. In the end, the client constraints are the starting point of our creativity. the most important for us is to deal with those constraint and to keep a part of fun and pleasure.
