CASA SANTA MARGARITA

The house seeks the desired relations with the context.

The inside is hollow looking diagonal relations and filled with natural light. Outside, the house is shown more compact, more tighter. The emerging volume breaks to house exterior romos in privacy. The interior spaces are extended to the surround garden, or capture the chosen visions of the environment. The bedroom looks to the peak, the office to the sea, the living room to the not built hillside, and others rooms frames fragments of the enclosure. The house thus conceived, emerge from inside, evading impose geometric constraints. The massive plinth, that contains the plot, is drilled only to allow access. Over this plinth, the enclosure is dematerialized. A multifunction sculpture creates scenes of great plasticity, supports external lighting, contains piped music, a shower, both protecting; a dynamic and changing element that adds values.
