It has been revealed that the david chipperfield-designed residential tower ‘the bryant’ will be built in the heart of new york city. the address: 16 west 40th street is unique due to its very central location, set to be constructed in the last available site for new-builds, where the empire state building is just a few blocks away and the tower itself overlooks the recently restored bryant park, furthermore, it will grant the inhabitants first class accessibility to the bustling city’s vibrant cultural, entertainment, dining experiences.

Built above a boutique hotel, the 57 apartments will be found on floors 15 to 32 with two luxury penthouses at the top, each residence will feature floor-to-ceiling glazing, accentuating the panoramic views of the neighboring skyline and park, whilst a cast stone and aggregate façade material on the exterior will be continued in the interior- subtly blending the connection between the outside and inside.
