#RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS

FT Residence

In this weekend’s house, located in Bragança Paulista/SP, the sloping site and beautiful views were determinants to define the implementation and volume of the house.

The southwest side of the house concentrates all circulations and car accesses to overcome the huge gap and is characterized by a rich volumetrics, but a few openings. On the other hand, northeast and northwest with a beautiful view of the countryside, is where the house opens with large glass walls and balconies facing the pool patio and living areas and leisure. The structure of the basement and the ground floor was resolved in concrete and walls of stone coated breadwinner. The upper floor, which houses the bedrooms, is all wood structure and covered with metallic thermo‐acoustic insulation roof tiles. Depending on the concordance of the best views of the northwest side, the project proposed large panels of wood with steel frame that have full flexibility to opening or closing, as well as sunstroke needs it.
