Vertical House

The house is on a small and irregular lot overlooking the bay of Lima.

The limited space -105 m2- poses a vertical development program which is distributed in four levels: 1st service, 2nd social area, 3rd master bedroom, 4th bedroom sons and roof.

A relationship of transparency and opacity depending on the countryside and the program then arises, opening the social and private areas of the house overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
