MónViêt Restaurant

MónViêt is city, traffic, horn, cables, orderly chaos. It is to dare to cross a street populated by cars, motorcycles and bikes. MónViêt is bicycles, green tea, banana leaves, bamboo baskets full of fruit, vivid colors. It is to observe the inexorable drip of the Vietnamese coffee maker. It is to talk to a salesperson in the midst of a street market ruckus. MónViêt is the Vietnamese world in Barcelona.

A young couple, lots of ideas, lots of trips and a lot of work afterwards... and MónViêt came along.

A local that is street, color, order and disorder, a place where the Vietnamese street food is the protagonist, dressed in colors and lights and where the electric cables mix with the street graffiti so that the user has the complete Vietnamese experience.

The Vietnamese experience in Barcelona arises from the entrance where a transitional space between the interior and exterior allows us to enter a local street, between "electric poles", variable heights and furniture of different materials.
