The design envisages a striking tower, which will stand its ground with its independent architecture between the bridges and the ECB double tower.
Due to its wide visibility beyond the banks of the Main, the building is characteristic of the skyline. In addition to 300 hotel rooms up to the 12th floor, a further 120 guest rooms on the upper floors are planned on an area of 26,000 sqm (GFA). The highlight on the 12th floor is a public mezzanine floor with a panorama bar. The glass façade folds like a curtain over the building figure and offers guests impressive views over the banks of the Main and the Frankfurt skyline.
