SOUVLAKI BAR

The Souvlaki Bar, in Laval (Quebec – Canada) was designed to have the atmosphere of a traditional Greek restaurant.

Many decorative elements and accessories were involved in achieving this goal, including Portuguese tiles (Series Twenties), which cover the huge wall behind the bar. Open since September 2014, it takes its name from the eponymous Greek dish (in Greek: σουβλάκι, plural souvlakia), which are grilled kebabs of small pieces of meat and vegetables, served on a skewer or on a plate.
