Designed by the architects at hayball, ‘MY80′ is located in the vibrant and rapidly changing CBD of the australian city, and uses form, materiality and articulation, to establish a firm identity within the area. the vertical neighborhood combines facilities available for the public as well as the residents, enriching the overall activity of the tower.

containing a diverse range of programs, including a cinema, swimming pool, sauna, business center on level 1 and topped with an external terrace on level 53. consisting of 487 apartments, each one has been structured to be affordable, with generous, open-plan living spaces. furthermore, with the multitude of lifestyle facilities and the refined quality of design, this lessens the pressure on the size of each apartment.
