Hotel Landmark | Zechner & Zechner

Stacking levels

As a landmark, the new B&B Hotel is located directly at the entrance to the industrial center of Wiener Neudorf and is immediately noticeable when coming from the motorway. The new building was configured in contrast to the neighboring halls and commercial buildings, which are mainly flat. The functions have been stacked on top of each other, creating a 'landmark' that is important for the region.

The new hotel, operated by the French group B&B Hotels, extends over five floors above ground. Each floor has a central core from which three wings develop in a Y-shape. With their cantilevered ceiling slabs, these wings create a different appearance depending on the floor.

The top four floors accommodate a total of 104 hotel rooms, which are set on a base that is transparent thanks to generous glass elements. The ground floor offers a wide range of gastronomic options for hotel guests, but also for employees and visitors of the industrial center with a food court.
