Acanto: DISEÑO Y FUNCIONALIDAD

The challenge for architects Esteban I. Andrade A. (ea + arch) and Francisco Vásquez M., in designing ACANTO apartment building was to create a contemporary project, marking the volumes with different textures and that does not distort the environment architectural area, for which materials were used as fachaleta brick, concrete and stainless steel

With a frontage of 20 meters and 28 meters deep plot of land, it was possible to develop a project of 14 apartments on 8 floors and 2 underground floors with parking garages.

The project is implemented on a plot located in the area of Bellavista, which has as main attraction a great location and a privileged view over the city of Quito.
