SPRING BY JOEY HO DESIGN
A bridge between two generations
Who said interior design was destined to grow up? In fact, thinking about it, our little ones might even be more sensitive and receptive to the way their environment is shaped. But when you look at their room, the first word that comes to mind is usually “kitsch”. If you let children choose their interior design, you’ll definitely end up with posters of whatever is trendy at the moment. You’ll end up with a room in which you don’t want to set foot. For a new childhood learning center called Spring, Joey Ho Design reconciles both generations by creating a place where children, parents and educators would feel at ease.
The lines and details are reminiscent of a fairy tale, but the light colors make it appealing to a more adult eye. Tree houses and swings, beautifully designed with round modern lines, create a cozy atmosphere for children and adults alike. Two separate sets of furniture have been designed to accommodate parents and children. A perfect bridge between the two generations and a good excuse for parents to become children once again!
